I really wanted to review this diet because I've been on so many diets -- Weight Watchers, you name it. Unfortunately, although I've lost weight on every diet I was ever on, once the diet stopped... yep. I gained the weight back, and was really upset with myself for it.
I thought that Eat Stop Eat might work, and was intrigued with the intermittent fasting concept. I have a friend who fasts regularly, and she's always been thin. Even after she had a baby, she lost the baby weight within a month.
Here's how I went on the diet. It works. Yes, I lost the dress size, and a bit more besides. (The wedding was great, by the way. :-))
I was a little nervous about fasting, but if you only fast for 24 hours, that's easy, and I didn't feel light-headed or dizzy -- and I wasn't even hungry, so that was great. One thing I didn't expect was how great I felt while I was fasting. I fasted in the middle of the work week, and felt amazing. I got a lot more done than I usually do.
