When I started my weight loss journey last summer, I had around 40 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. The first 15 pounds were easy, but then I admit I got a little less motivated, and hit a plateau.

I broke through that with some determination and a Pilates class. I started to walk every day too, and within a few months 30 pounds were gone. I was proud. :-)

But the final ten pounds have been hanging around for seven months. Although I'm proud of what I've achieved, I'd like to lose the rest. I know it's all in my mind, and I hoped that this Subliminal Body Sculpting System would help me to get on track.

I loaded the Subliminal Body Sculpting System software onto my PC. It installed fast, it was easy. When it was running, I wasn't aware of it at all, basically, I just forgot all about it.

The results? I've lost eight pounds in the past two weeks. I haven't done anything differently, if anything I've been eating a little more than I usually do, but I've still lost weight.

I love this program, and will definitely keep using it if the weight starts to creep on again. Why only 8 out of a possible ten? It's PC only, and I use a Mac at home, which means I can only use it at work. I’d like to use it at home too.

I recommend it for anyone who’s unmotivated, or has hit a plateau, like I did. It works!
